Tech Source Managed Services PTY LTD was established by 5 partners back in 2016 with the vision of establishing an outsourcing service for clients all over the world. Our business model is based around meeting tight SLAs to resolve onsite IT-related issues on customer sites. We have a worldwide network of freelance engineers, who visit these sites for troubleshooting on our behalf.

Tech Source Managed Services aims to be your hands and eyes on any site, and our engineers are trained to perform exceptionally in a number of scenarios, with a special focus on the satisfaction of end users.

Our Sales and Operations team are available round the clock to cater to the needs of our clients whether it is day, night, or a public holiday. We offer services including end user computing support, remote L2 and L3 support, network troubleshooting, full-time engineers, office equipment move, new office setup, UPS install, cabling, and equipment procurement.
