Dedicated Engineers

In most countries, we have dedicated engineers and in some areas we have business partners to provide properly planned services and attend urgent tickets. Our engineers have their own specialized toolkits and are good at procurement of quality material on urgent requests within a limited budget.

Full-time Engineers (FTE)

Our Services agreements with our clients not only covers all types of SLA’s but provide resources on promised locations as well. Almost all our engineers are bilingual, with fluency in English and the local language. Our remote team keeps in touch with the engineers during all tasks. In addition to that, we have some good partners who can test each engineer’s local language skills as well.
